Support Stirling
In our 40th Anniversary year we are seeking donations for three main areas:
- The library
- Scholarships
- Student hardship funds
You can either give to one of the three specific projects or leave the donation 'unspecified' if you wish the University to use its own discretion regarding your donation. You can find more about these projects in our annual fund brochure.
Fundraising events
Have you ever thought about holding an event with the proceeds coming to the annual fund at Stirling? This is a different and fun approach to how we can raise money at Stirling. Why not get a group of friends together and give it a go? Be innovative and creative - get the local press involved if it's interesting enough, email alumni@stir.ac.uk if you want it publicised but remember and stick to your budget!
Have a dress down day at work
Raffle your services for a day to iron, clean, cook or even take the dog for a walk!
Have a sponsored swim, walk, silence etc
Cycle or walk to work and for months and put the money you would spend on transport towards the annual fund
Sponsored lunch run - offer to pop out and buy lunch for your colleagues. At 20p a go, five lunches a day will raise over £20 in a month
A car boot sale.

A Christmas card amnesty - get your friends to send you a small donation instead of a card.
Offer your services as a gift wrapper for a small fee!
